Kelly Price and the Law Office of James J. Kenny have worked as a team for almost 10 years. For the entirety of that time period, the practice has been solely focused on Family Law matters such as Dissolution, Child Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Adoption, and Domestic Violence. Both Attorneys are Certified Family Law Specialists by the State Board of Legal Specialization. In order to become a Certified Family Law Specialist, the Attorneys were required to pass a rigorous test, complete a significant amount of hours of continuing education in the specified area of family law, and exemplify through their day-to-day practice that they have sufficient knowledge in the area of Family Law to be named as a “Certified Specialist”.

Both Attorneys keep up with the changing local rules and policies of the Judges in each different department. This is beneficial to clients because the Attorneys are able to anticipate the needs and preferences of the Judges in various counties.
A goal of our office is to make this process as simple and convenient as possible for our clients. As such, we can arrange flexible meeting times and offer telephonic and zoom conferences so that a client does not have to be inconvenienced by coming into the office.
